Hello friends, my name is Kellen Griffin. My wife Sarah and I have been married since 2010, and the Lord has blessed us with two sons, Zeb and Ben. When I was 10 years old the Lord saved me! I was under conviction during the Sunday services at Upper Walnut Creek Baptist Church where my Grandfather, JA Griffin, was the Pastor. I did not go to the altar that service, but when I got home the conviction did not leave. I went into my parents room, kneeled down beside thier bed and was gloriously born again! Two years later, at the age of twelve, the Lord put the call to preach on my heart. I continue to be amazed at the faithfullness of our Lord. God called me to Pastor in 2009, serving briefly at Upper Walnut Creek, then moving to Big Laurel Baptist Church in 2010 where the Lord allowed us to serve for eleven years. In 2021 God called us to serve Freedom Baptist Church in Asheville NC. In 2018 along with being burdened to pastor, God also worked on our heart about evangelism, specifically reaching the lost and being a blessing and encouragement to local, like minded, Churches.Our goal is to reach the lost with the Gospel and be an encouragement to the body of Christ. The Lord graciously blessed our ministry with a gospel tent and trailer with all the supplies necessary to host tent meetings as the Lord opens the door. Since then, the Lord has allowed us to set the tent up on school grounds, church properties, and community locations throughout the area. God has blessed and allowed this ministry to see several people saved, and many churches work together for Gods Glory. Please pray that the Lord will use our evangelism ministry for His Glory, reach lost people, and be a blessing to local churches.
